Default Headlight lense restoration

3M makes a nice kit to clean and restore cloudy, dull or rough headlight lenses. The kit includes 500 and 800 grit sandpaper discs, two foam pads and lense polish. You can use a cordless drill for sanding and polishing, but I found that a corded or air drill works better, more torque. It helps to use painter's tape to protect the areas around the headlights.

I did a set of headlights on a Jeep Grand Cherokee this week and the kit did a great job cleaning up the lenses.
