We really wanted to drive on up to BobFest and see everyone again. I tried to move our trip to Branson up one week so we would be closer and able join everyone at BobFest, but we couldn't get the place we rented moved up one week earlier so we will not be able to make it this time. Sure sounds like a lot of fun. We need to start looking further ahead like we did with NCH so we can plan these things better. I know everyone will have a great time and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

We would like to come up again. Not sure if it is to late for hotel reservations. Is there an itinerary for the Bobfest. Last year we arrived late Saturday and almost missed you.

Hi Dave,
We would love to have you here. We reserved more rooms so there should not be a problem there.
Schedule looks like this;
Friday
Arrive in town and check into hotel or head directly to Bobfest HQ anytime. Cocktail hour starts upon arrival and goes to 7PM
Dinner reservation for the entire group at Alamo in Mattoon at 7:30 PM
Return to HQ for continued "meetings" and last minute executive decisions along with your favorite refreshments. Gary should be there to start BBQ rig
Saturday.
Up as early as you are able. I think that Paula is preparing breakfast. Car washing by the guys.
About 10AM caravan to MAM
MAM show until we are tired or about 5PM. Head to Bobfest for the main event. Dinner by Coaches Cooking Team and fireworks by Kevin and Nick
Sunday
Breakfast at the Airport Steakhouse prior to departure

We do have a hotel room reserved at the HIexp, but I am waiting to hear from my best friend from high school. She's coming to Wisconsin from Seattle that week and we haven't finalized our plans to get together with some of "the girls" from school.  So I'm still not sure that David and I can come to Bob's.
But, if we aren't going to use the hotel room, I will make sure to ask if anyone on the list needs it before I cancel.
Isn't it true that you either have nothing to do, or 20 things all at once.
