Supa & I are registered and booked at the Courtyard from July 13th-17th. We are getting down a day early in case some of you want to play in the golf tournament, we can make up a team!!
Looking forward to another party with our XLR friends!!!

I have gotten at least 1-2 people to join us down there, one of them is from Alabama, and I might be getting some to join from areas near Virginia, Florida, etc. It looks to be an amazing trip! But I might not be able to get a tour of Western Kentucky University because it is during the summer, but I am trying to get a hold of someone who can help me out with that.

I dont know where you got that rate. I booked with the holliday and the least I could get was $145. when I found out everyone was staying at the marriott I switched to there and it was $99.

They would give me the govt rate for Thurs ... but during the meet the prices went way up ... so I have 2 confirmations ... one the $99 rate and the other at the Corvette club price ...
Chad - R2 .... that was The Hampton Inn ....

No, for RII we stayed at the Hampton Inn off of Scottsville Rd. The Courtyard is across the street from the Holiday Inn we stayed at for RIII. It looks like some are booking at the Holiday Inn and some at the Courtyard. Quote:
