The Neiman Marcus Limited Edition 2004 Cadillac XLR sells out in a record 14 minutes! -- Phone lines opened today, Oct. 15, 2002, at 9 a.m. PT. Retailing for $85,000, the 99 Neiman Marcus Limited Edition 2004 Cadillac XLRs are a record sell-out for any of the fantasy gift vehicles Neiman Marcus has showcased in its annual Christmas Book. Originally unveiled at Pebble Beach in August, the limited edition XLR features an exclusive Ultra Violet exterior hue, exclusive, two-tone shale and ebony interior, an engraved, numbered sill plate, wood and leather steering wheel, head up display, adaptive cruise control and polished wheels. Production on the XLR starts in the spring of 2003.
