    Default Glove Box Latch

The Glove Box Latch mechanism on my 2008 XLR broke with the door closed. Is anyone familiar with the process to repair this and if so where can I purchase a new mechanism.

fortunately that's an easy one to find. I think gm still sells the mat about 140$ > LAst I remember they only had black, I may be wrong but ebay sells them pick a good one for around 30-35$ total. they fit a bunch of gm cars and they do all break at some point.
heres a new one most likely OEM for 90 but used are fine
