Kelley blue Book for a 2008 XLR in (this is hard to say) excellent condition is about $40,000. The mods must have cost a bunch. Who knows, maybe someone out there has similar taste and a ton of cash.

I live in the Reno / Sparks NV area and unfortunately Chicago is a bit out of the way. I am sure I can piggy back on the Corvette guys, but I would much rather have a Cadillac or XLR specific club. I have seen four XLR's in town and I am sure there are many more in Northern California.

I agree that the forum has been phenomenal. I was looking for a local, regional, or even national car club for parades, etc. There are corvette, mercedes, viper, etc clubs all over the place. Why not start a XLR car club? It could even be a derivitive of the forum.

Ive been wondering the same thing. The middle hook is easy to figure out, but I too cannot tell where the sides attach.

I was able to remove the center console between the back rest of the two seats as the screws were easily located. However, I cannot find any screws or clips to remove the console containing the cup holders. How did you get that piece out?

I have been doing some googling for a XLR or even Cadillac car club. So far I have only been able to find an Allante owners club and a Classic Cadillac owners club. Does anyone know of a Cadillac or XLR car club?

How did you route the wiring from the lockpick / windrestrictor to the cigarette lighter area? did you have to remove the center console? That is definitely the perfect location for both of those items.

They should have used a visor style light bar instead of the top mounted light bar. Not only would it increase the vehicles stealthiness, but you they would be able to put the top down too!!

I was just came back from a trip where I ran into the ultimate Cadillac. Thought I would share a photo of this bad boy! I wasn't able to take pictures of the inside, but I snapped a couple of the exterior.
