Skyline Loop is a bypass north of El Paso to miss the horrors of I-10. Highway 375. I think is is also known as Transmountain Road. :willy_nilly: Depends on the time of day as to whether it is worth taking. with so many trucks off the road now sticking to 10 is probably fastest.

Another good reason to take the Skyline Loop :rocker:

In the Phoenix area you don't want to mess with Joe. It will be interesting to watch. So many illegals have left town to go back to Mexico the govenor of the state of Sonora is complaining we are causing a burden on them :dunno: doesn't make me feel bad at all.:rocker:

You are correct. Hill Country is full of great roads and scenery if you get off the Freeway. Luchenbach is a decent tourist trap if you are into Willie Nelson. We will probably be stopping in Kerrville on the way to SA for some of the best BBQ I have ever had.

Was the tank just topped off? I have heard of problems with Vettes and XLR's when you top the tnak off instead of letting it stop when the pump first kicks off. I've never had a problem with mine nor the Vette.

For the amount of detail on yours $1200 seems reasonable.
