No longer available through GM parts sources. You will have to search eBay, salvage yards etc. to try and find one. Be prepared to pay big $$$$ for a working one and not necessarily in pristine condition either!!
Dan,
rexster314 is correct on the part. Can get them at any GM parts online store or your dealer. Not expensive at all. If you notice, there is a nut above it that is not part of the part, but is used for adjustment. Make sure you put them back the same, as this is the up and down adjustment...
You must re-index the windows once the battery has been disconnected. The top will not operate until you do this. Start the car and push and hold the window button down and let go all the way down and hold the button for about five seconds. Now pull and hold the button up and let the window...
Gary,
The Eufori’s have been discontinued for quite some time and if you are on the original set they are at least 10 years old and should be changed regardless of tread wear. The V wheels are the same size with staggered size tires mounted front and rear. The 255/40R19 will fit both front and...
I learned last night we lost one of the original members of this site and one of the original ‘Blue Bunnies’; who were instrumental in the Rendezvous in Bowling Green and eventually our venues.

Since I don't have my XLR-V any longer, I can't go out and test this, but I seem to remember there is a button just below the Tune/Seek button. If you press that I think it will display the wreath and crest on the screen.

I'm assuming you have a Tech II and are deleting the codes once you have changed out your parts. Do you have an aftermarket cold air intake or the stock system? The mass air problem pops up mostly with aftermarket intakes. They also draw more air, which can cause the lean fuel codes.
If your...
Bill,
The sensor is in the reservoir and has been know to stick our fail. Believe the entire reservoir needs to be replaced, but can’t remember for sure.
Great Thanksgiving weekend!
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and then spent Saturday with my old friend Bob reminiscing past XLR get togethers at Bobfests' past. Weather was nice enough to be outside to even do some shooting! Had a great time with a great friend! Thanks Bob. The Midwest...
Dave,
Can't help on the DRL issue, but the strobing headlight is the bulb most likely needs replacing. HID lamps tend to do that at end of life. The bulb is a D1S, available at most auto parts stores. Check the wiring for any possible shorts on the DRL issue would be a good start while you...
There is a plate at the top with two screws. Remove those and you should see coolant. It's a closed system, so unless you have a leak somewhere, you shouldn't need to add anything.
