Not if it is a "Class Action Law Suite" which would include all XLR Owners. A large Law Firm would do it with no out of pocket to the victims filing the action.

Federal Law used to say twenty years but now it is ten years, verified by snoops

Since all that has happened with the bail outs I don't know if that Federal Law is still in place. It should be worth while to check it out, if it is I would think all XLR owners would have some recourse on unavailabilty of parts for our vehicles.

SRX (Three) I have owned three SRX, the first was a 6 cylinder replaced by an 8 cylinder, both silver. The last one was a black '07 V8 Sports package which I replaced with the '09 DTS as I no longer had a need for the suv.
