Mine is a 2006 V with a Cadillac extended warranty and anytime I used it they would give me problems and make me fight for my rights and finally came up with hear say that I had a chip and I DON'T AND YOUR CAN KEEP YOUR WARRANTIES FROM KNOW ON, BUT YOU CAN PAY MORE JUST LIKE HEALTHCARE.

Chips I do know that if you still have a warranty and you have a chip installed you can kiss your warranty goodbye. Told to me by Tustin Cadillac, CA. They refused to repair a clunking sound either in my rear, rear wheel or tranny because they know I had the car dynode. That's pretty lame. Bob
