tire pressure with reg tires ....not run flat

I also disagree, I didn't see any difference in loss of air or nitrogen in my trials, so the nitrogen either escaped through or around the dedicated valve stem and TPM on each of my rims or from around the bead. Who really knows what's going on inside that tire? I also leave that job for me to...

    The newest Cadillac Concept Car

Well I should know better than to guess at dates and names and try to remember what I learned back at Rendezvous II in Bowling Green in 2007, where we were introduced to the Evoq which was sent from Detroit to Martin Cadillac, which is now Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac. I just saw The Island...

bumper So, why are you looking for a new bumper when the bumper skin you have should fit the regular & V models except for the 09? I guess I'm missing something:(

    The newest Cadillac Concept Car

Too Funny Now you mean Ciel:laugh::lol::laugh::lol: This reminds me of how the BB started (Blue Bunny) which some folks would remember from back in 06 in the first rendezvous in Albuquerque. I was supposed to get up in front of people at a party at the RIVerwalk Rendezvous IV but came down...

    The newest Cadillac Concept Car

We all do it when using the little letters on the cell phones, that was not meant to be a reprimand, especially if you have fat fingers or tremors in your hands. Sometimes my index finger goes into a quake mode and a word can look like thiiiiiis. Embarrassing to say the least.

    The newest Cadillac Concept Car

Cien/ Ciel No apology necessary, I must apologize, I didn't know about the Ciel, thanks for the video. Cien in Spanish is 100, so we have two caddies that have 100 Skies. For a convertible it isn't bad but I like the stealthy look of the XLR with the top up and most people agree. I see other...

bumpers Hi Cubby, I agree, the last time I had some dental work done up front, I was considering the facie and bumper change out to an 09 and there where a lot of changes you had to make so I put that aside for another day. Just a quick hack, Volant has still not gotten a clearance from the...

    Do you see XLRs??

I don't ever see XLR's but I see lots of expensive cars in OC, CA I think it was 07 which was our second Rendezvous that we had a question and answer session after the meal at the restaurant. I cornered the guy ahead of marketing the XLR and asked him why we don't see but a few XLR commercials...

    Adaptive Cruise Control

Trust is the magic word here I had an idea it would but chickened out at 8mph when all the beeping and lights flashing forced me into putting my foot on the brake. I was called an idiot on the old site for testing this feature.:blinzel:

Has anyone ever damaged their trunk lid while opening or closing the top?

PSI I do 30 psi all around in the summer because they get up to around 36 psi with the hot roads and 33 psi in the winter and they stay at that all day, and have used Nitrogen but if it sets for 5 days it stilled leaked, so I just use good old free air.

Hijacking Well, since you officially called this post hijacked, I will add my .02. My 04 was lemoned because of the excessive heat coming from the console, (143 degrees with a heat gun) just in time to pick up my new 06-V which is much better insulated as promised by Cadillac. Yes, I believe...

Has anyone ever damaged their trunk lid while opening or closing the top?

Bad outside What's rain? Kidding, we only get rain between Jan & March. When I bring my car in for a car wash everyone wants to know why. Dirty air, doncha know!

finally found something I don't like about my XLR

Local car wash Yep, you guys found the secret with the leaf blower, however, we have a hand car wash here in So Cal that have about 8 coiled air lines with small air fittings where they dry the cars and can blow out the grill, mirrors, all trim, gas lid and open the trunk and hood and do all...

    Adaptive Cruise Control

Sorry Tom Sure you can turn ACC off and on whenever you like, just like CC on my V. I met Tony Nguyen (pronounced Win, for those who don't know) who was the tech/designer of the ACC at Bowling Green at Rendezvous II. He searched me out at the hotel because he had read my post on testing and we...
