Truck Bed liner that comes in a rattle can from you favourite car parts store is tough as nails, stickes to everything and has a nice satin black finish to it. That is what we used on our 2017 Grand Cherokee's grill as we didnt like all that plastic chrome and it looks great.

Mine does this too occasionally. Kind of guess they all do. Just set the seat and everything (side mirrors etc) up the way you want them and reprogram by pressing and holding the correct (Driver 1 or Driver 2) button till it beeps. There are so many things to learn & remember with this car...
