Thinking of selling my 2005 XLR to make room for another Tri-5 Chevy which were my first love in cars since I was 15 years old.
I love the XLR, but the older Tri-5's I can do anything to, and I have two already ('57 coupe-[my first car at 15] and '55 Nomad), wanting to add a 3rd one I just looked at ('56 coupe).
I bought the XLR in 2023 and did some cosmetic work to it. Changed oil last year, Mobil 1.
Garage kept, only put about 2K miles or less on it since I bought it. I believe I am third owner.
Everything functions as it should, which in looking at many XLR's prior, was hard to find! Has about 54K miles, clean Car Fax.
Light Platinum, with Shale Interior.
Seats show the usual wear for a light color, but there are no rips or tears, heating and cooling works.
Rest of interior excellent shape, just no "XLR Floor Mats", but nice rubber ones and in trunk area as well.
I added the 2009 Platinum wheels right away which are perfect shape (very hard to find these), and I painted rotors and calipers at that time.
Also blacked out the grille to make it a bit more "modern looking", and with the silver looks pretty good.
I have the original wheels to go with it and are in very good shape too. Also have a NOS (Shale) driver side seat switch cover to go with it.

I am located in SE Pa, about an hour from Phila or Harrisburg.
Price I am thinking is $19,500 based on current market for these.
I will lose money, but that is what you accept when you get cars for the love of them, not to make money!
