I like to watch the Mecum auctions, but this is just too funny.

I believe all 2004-2008 XLRs have Bulgari designed gauges.

It is "nicely optioned". It has BOTH of the two options available for 2004. It has XM Radio and the front license plate bracket.

It does appear to be in good condition and very clean.

looks like this car has the V hood, my guess would be front end damage at some point.
currently missing center section of front valance, need to closely inspect the aluminum support bracket, if valance is torn off bracket could also have been damaged. the bracket is also the radiator support, so has to be in good shape.
platinum XLR wheels, painted calipers, also a nice upgrade.
interior looks good except for scuff on passenger side of center console. might be able to repair that at a upholstery specialist.

Yes I agree If you do a closeup it appears that way in the picture as you can see thur to the back of passengers side tire and looks like a shinny metal strip where this rubber piece should be and missing the cover on drivers side over cruise control sensor box also. Yep you're right! Signs of possible front end damage!

While I support a CARFAX report (less so with Autochex),,,,,there still could be repairs or damage not reported. I'd be cautious with this one, as with many cars going through the auction block.
