Cabin Air Filter repalcement

Can anybody give me a hint of how to get at the "Cabin Air Filter' to replace it? I now it's right behind the battery, but I want to be able to remove and replace it without breaking anything when the time comes. It tell how to remove and install in my Owner's Manual, but I want any "tips" to make it easier. Hdoes one know when it is time to replace it? Can the replacement be purchased at a local Auto Suppy?

If the filter door is behind the battery just remove the battery and pop the door off and pull out the filter. They sell the filters at any auto parts store. Most likely yours is original and should be changed.

Just changed mine yesterday and no need to remove battery just open the cover and pull the filter out and reinstall.
