Coolant Flush and Refill XLR

Does anyone have experience in Draining, Flushing and refilling the Cooling system on an 2008 4.6 XLR?

I know about the Distilled Water etc, how much is needed to flush? 4 Gal I expect. Heater ON or is Coolant always circulating through the Heater Core?
Remove bottom Rad hose etc. Does it need 'burping' during refill?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Should do it every five years. After flush, you will notice around half the capacity is fillable. Let car idle for a few minutes with the heater on. It will then take the other half.

My XLR was taken my my salesman T. Wilks to his GM Dealership, Brian Cullen in St. Catharines ON., for this work.
Total labour $93.04. Parts $26.91 Total Invoice including tax, $128.70 Cdn$ Less than 95U$. I will monitor coolant level.
