I've sent off my defective ECBM to Module Repair Pro located in California last week, and got a return tracking number yesterday. The guy I talked to was very much familiar with this module and since the 05/08 Vettes share the same part, told me he's repaired thousands of them over the years. Fact or fiction? Don't care. If he does what he says, I'll be a satisfied customer for sure. They also repair our taillights, I don't know much more, but here's the link Tail Light Assembly Cadillac XLR 2006
