Error warning

I'm getting a error message at the top of the page. It says "PHP Warning". And then some tech terms. And... When I view a thread, it doesn't clear out the "new post" symbol after I've looked at the thread. Anyone else seeing this? Or is it just my old & dumb computer?

Here's what the warning says:

It's just above the date.
