What is the Hissing sound I hear when I turn car off ? It seems to come from passenger side rear near tire area. Usually does it for up to a minute or so after I have turned car off and exited vehicle.

 I am sorry, it was just such a loaded question and we do all need a (hopeful) chuckle. :thumbsup

V’s have a vacuum accumulator back there for the exhaust valves. Maybe it has a leak back there?

HI Dirty

Check also the canister evaporator that could also get some release, check the vent valve and all the clamps and its hoses, for leaks.
Attached is a photo that shows the rear end of the car with its components, that could help you.

Good luck.
