Help! Internal Failure to Recognize FOB

For several reasons I suspect a component failure in the vehicle that prevents FOB recognition.

If anyone has some experience here, I sure would appreciate knowing what you do.

It will take a tech 2 to isolate the problem if you have new batteries in the fobs and cannot get them to program.
