Needing an upgrade on the OEM horns, how about this?

Running 200PSI, 5/8" tubing, 5 gallon tank, 8 trumpets - tested at 134dB for 8 seconds burst.

At least they're not immediately noticeable... I'd be really wondering if you had mounted them to the fenders...:blinzel::blinzel:
 
I just could not resist! These were my Dad's. He had them on his cars in the late 30's. One was mounted on the top of each front fender. They were carefully wrapped and stored for the last 70 years! I wanted to get them out to inspect and re pack away. A test with air and they are perfect.

They are Buell air horns. The company is still in business.

I am looking for a picture of one of Dad's cars with the horns installed, but so far I have not found one. Not sure what I'll do with them. Keep for memories I guess.

I have not mounted them permanently....yet that is! LOL

That is fantastic! Those horns were made when things were built to last. They will probably work wonderfully for another 100 years!
