Reputation points??

Curious, I got a notification the other day about reputation points... what's this about?

I think it has something to do with the new "Likes" system that everyone wanted back here in the forums.

Interesting... thanks. When I went to my profile to find how many reputation points I had, I couldn't find a tab or anything related to reputation points. Is it possible to find how many points a member has? Not that it makes any difference, just wondering...
