completely different grilles. the bumpers are not the same and they dont interchange the upper fillers are also different. The v hoods are the same but the front chrome on the hood is different also from 08 V to 09 V I know the 09 V is no longer available but the 09 platinum grill can be made to work on the 08 down base but its a lot of work. are you trying to put an 08 V grille on an 09?
I have an 09 v with a ugly aftermarket grille. Looking for options to get it back to the stock look. I may be able to get an 08 v grille just wondering what the difference is. Thanks for your help and any suggestions would be appreciated.
Did you get the 08 grille? I have a couple people needing one. I made a couple of mesh grilles for the 09 . at 600 each they involved way too much hand work and time for the return.
