08 XLR V lower grill

I was wondering if anyone has successfully modified a lower grill from a gen 1 or 2 CTS V to fit in the XLR V ? Or other options that work ? I have recently purchased a 2008 XLR V with a missing lower grill. Holy hell this is a difficult part to allocate OE or aftermarket. TIA

The last used one i saw sold for 700 on ebay a couple of years ago . hard to find for sure
