Help! any one have the deck lid open when parked?

any one have the deck lid open all by itself when parked?
any one have the seat stop working automatically when exiting vehicle

yes on the deck lid. Have come out to see it open before. Dont leave anything of value in it. I thoughtit was my key in my pocket put I put a cover over them so you cannot accidently press the button. Still happened one time at home. Not sure about what you are saying on the seat?
