It’s the relay in the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side.
Look on the lid at the fuse legend and find “hi beam” remove and replace relay, easy fix and inexpensive.

There a various number of members here who have now completed the install so looking under threads App4radio and Kenwood , parts and wiring diagrams are available so pull the trigger and happy swap out. If you get stuck just ask for help [emoji16]

Well if you decide to go back factory I have both head unit and cd changer out of my 06 that were working when made the upgrade to pioneer

I can give testimony to that[emoji16]I absolutely think this is the single best upgrade for this vehicle. The sound quality is so much better and of coarse the modern amenities such as Bluetooth, Up to date Nav and a backup camera!

Use the acdelco part numbers and search on rockauto or amazon for much better pricing I think I paid like 60.00 for the door speaker

I replaced the drivers door speaker and it's a 10 inch. There are 3 speakers under the dash pad one on each side and one in the middle and of coarse 2 speakers per seat for a total of 9
