Good idea. On all my older classic cars, I usually put in remote charging posts since I hid my batteries. with all the electronics in an XLR, good to do this. I have not yet, I just keep hood unlatched and hoo0k up trickle charger when not using it. This idea would be good solution too.

Mickey, I will check out BaT more later. I get emails everyday as I have been a BaT member for like 5 years. I do see quite a few V's come across there, as well as Base ones. Yes, miles make a BIG difference in both, lower miles mean more $$ With my Base XLR having 53K, everything works well...

Mickey, Thanks for additional information! Good to know about the visor kits. If I still had access to my Home Equity Loan at the old interest rates (like 3-5%), I would be going for a V soon, but at 8-9% now on new loan now, that is steep! The Blue one that Ghawk has for sale looks really nice...
