Today is a bright, sunshiny day, the birds are singing... so on and so forth...
Followed your instructions and I'm happy to report my trunk/decklid issue resolved. Took all of the ten minutes as the "anti-corrosion" felt washers proved useless and I cleaned the posts and clamps, applied...
Did a search of the many aftermarket head unit installs but didn't find what I'm looking for. Specifically, has anyone installed a forward-facing camera, how did you route the wiring and how did you get the wiring into the car thru the firewall?
My trunk lid has stopped working by dash, fob or pressure pad. All of these methods will start the pump and as I don't want to burn that out to add to my problem, I've found that a second press of any button/pad will stop the pump. The deck lid/trunk will open using the key and this also...
Starting at page 2-54 in the owner's manual lays out the procedures for Vehicle Personalization, seat/mirrors and steering wheel. It will direct you to page 3-73 where the auto recall, auto exit (really like this one) ... (several other items) and passive locking are explained.

I really like what you've done with the grille. Those '09 rims look right at home. We're in CA. As you can see my car never had the front plate mount/bracket...so I never put one on it.
Back on the topic of radios...Unless we get a week or so of nice warm weather, my install is...
