here is an old headlight with the new lens attached and the lens are coated with UV protectorate

these were not shaped these were poured after the molds were made. they are one piece so not the two piece lens with the grey band. these are the exact same shape and size and fit right back on the housing

I have taken delivery of the headlight lenses I had made. They are clear and fit well. They look good. Now, you don't have to spend thousands to replace a working headlight just because you have a yellowed or cracked lens. Now, you can replace the outer clear lens. I have nine sets. Thats all...
