    Sleeping battery discharge rate

Lola - AGM's are great batteries and worth the extra money. I put an AGM in my Allante 8 years ago and it is still going strong. My boat has two 11 liter diesels and uses two group 8D batteries. They are about $400 each as wet cells and $850 each as AGMs (they weigh 250 lbs each - fun to...

    engine running too hot?

Kathi, My leak started the second day I owned mine when I "bumped" a curb stop at the library. The radiator supports are what hits the curbs if you get too close - look under your front bumper and see if you have any scrapes present on the two curved support brackets. Help! XM Radio reception problem

Sandy - My '05 has the blade antenna on the trunk, and when I drive on the tree lined, hilly, curvy roads from my house to the freeway (about 15 minutes), I lose reception exactly like you do. Once I'm on the freeway, it's fine. I don't know where their satellite's geosynchronous positions...

    Remember this?

Heck - I was voting for Kurt Russell in Big Trouble in Little China: "This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there." "Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of...
