They all do. I have the same sound - it almost sounds like a cooling fan (with bad bearings!) behind the instrument Panel Cluster. It's been like that forever - nothing to worry about for any of the above mentioned sounds. They are very normal.

How old is your battery? Do you keep it on a Battery Tender? XLR's are notorious for going through batteries..... A low battery can certainly cause the "Service Ride Control" message (my experience), and it may also screw with the top module. I know it sounds crazy, but check it out...

You can also give the drain a quick check by crawling underneath the car and squeezing the tip of the plug. It makes sure it hasn't "sealed" shut with road dirt or tar. You can also feel any junk that might be in there (I had a dead bug in mine a couple of years ago).
