Bob, Welcome to the group. The one thing I would do right out of the gate is get a battery tender and make sure your car is hooked up to it when you aren't using it. A night doesn't go by that my car is not on a battery tender.

TomP, That's not how I Initialze my windows. I raise the window and hold the button for 3 seconds when it's finished going up. Then I lower the window and hold for 3 second when it's down. done.

pure zen, I live in the country and have a couple of cars in my garage for the winter and I have electronic mouse detectors under them and inside on the floors.

Pirellis' are very soft tires and they wouldn't be my first choice. I would have a look at Continental's. I have them on my V and another toy and I think they are great tires.

I sure enjoyed the Garage and looking at everyones cars. I don't know why we got rid of the old format. Something new isn't necessarily better.

St Pat, I store my XLR in Palm Springs for the summer months. The temperature in the garage gets very hot. My run tire pressure is 32 psi. I have plywood under my tires and take the tire pressure up to about 42 psi. I have never had a problem with flat spots.

Cadillac Sam, You stated that almost every month you connect a battery charger. What I do with my XLR is have it on a battery maintainer all the time. If I am using the car today I put the maintainer on at the end of the day and it stays on til I use the car again. The battery in one of my XLR's...
