Same experience here, all the way down to ordering from Crutchfield. Those installers need to re-think their approach on a car like this.

I cited your situation to them as an example. Sounds like the dealers are just as frustrated as everyone else.

As consolation for those needing parts that ARE still available, found out that it seems almost everything is on back order, even for newer vehicles, even for dealers. Thought I’d pass this along - it’s not just our XLR’s. Misery loves company!

We took pictures after we got things fixed so we’d have a record of the correct counts. Hopefully they’ll load in order and you can see by the screen where we were in the program (as official photographer I wasn’t part of using the Tech 2 so I don’t personally know how we got there). Also...

I would bet Credit Karma doesn’t know jack about XLR’s. It’s whatever it’s worth to you & whatever someone else would pay.

When that happened to us it was the tonneau sensor gone bad.

We just did the Tech II. Not touching manual adjustments unless all else fails, because as you said it’s messy and you can REALLY foul things up doing that. Even our XLR tech stays away from manual adjustments if at all possible.
