If you That's awesome! If you have made the outers and can sell em for less than an entire headlight, there's definitely a market for em. I have nothing but good things to say about the lenses I got from you other than the price, but like you said quality, right? Guess we'll see.

Now if you found a way to make new outer lenses, that would be a game changer!

Isn't that what you did? You knocked off the oem lenses. The price for a set was way too high for someone not to take an opportunity to make an affordable option. Not just from yourself, but from other remakers as well.

I believe the material is actual suede, not alcantara. So a suede cleaner would work just fine

IQHeadlights based out of Houston is now manufacturing replacement DRL lenses. $250 a set

The burnt drl lens happens to all years 04-09. GM never did anything to fix the issue. As far as a replacement lens for that burnt out DRL, a shop in Houston called IQHeadlights manufactures them
