It is 160 and there is a "MPH" light in the upper center of the speedometer. Your car may have been built for export and could be in kilometers, just a guess. If that's the case it has very low miles, either way it sounds like a very nice car.
I have a 2007 V; my tach has the V emblem, and the speedometer has Bulgari spelled around the perimeter. I'm not sure what you mean about the odometer.
In order for anyone to try and help we need more information. What did the diagnostic test tell you, what code or codes were you getting, which sensor was it and was it always the same one. Who replaced them you or a paid mechanic?
Thanks for your words of caution, I hear ya. I have not been able to load the TIS2000 software yet, but I'm working on it. Even without that it has already fixed the problem I created when I tried to use an Xtool D7. By the way...
DO NOT BUY AN XTOOL SCANNER.
I just purchased a new Tech 2 and I was wondering if any of you that have some experience using one of these could give me a few pointers. I'm sure I will figure it out but if you know of any do's or don'ts, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Dennis
The dash button on my 2007 only opens the trunk, my key fob will not close it, only the button on the trunk lid. I didn't check it but maybe the power top button would close it if the ignition was on.
The power tilt and telescope function quit working on my 2007 V after I tried to perform a column calibration with an XTool D7 scanner. After going back and forth with the company for a couple of weeks trying to resolve the problem their best guess is a lack of lubrication on the gear drive or a...
Sorry to hear that, did you get a breakdown of the costs, parts verses labor, if not, demand one and let us know. Believe me I know these cars are expensive to work on but that just sounds wrong.
I do have some sounds coming from either the radio or cd changer after I power down, but they do time out. I don't think it's any different than it was before I changed the cd changer. Good luck with the BT45, keep us posted on how it turns out.
Does your steering wheel volume and seek controls still work, when I installed an SRX 6 disk changer on my 2007 V they were reversed. It might have been because it was out of a different year SRX. I switched the mother boards from the cd changers and then they worked as they should.
Congratulations on your new toy. The only thing I would suggest is put some miles on it before you take l long trip just to see what shakes out. Also with only 15k miles I'm surprised there are issues with the shocks, I would wipe them clean, take your trip and then have someone else inspect...
