the local dealership here had the new CTS coupe and CTS-V coupe... just like you, I was fine till the rear... looks kinda like an overweight new acura rear spaceship :(
I just remembered this today for some reason...
When we bought the car, they went through the normal add-on offerings at the dealership... tire/rim scratch/repair protection, etc.... then they got to the offer about ding/dent repair (unlimited for 2 yrs for $X00 or something like that)... but...
it's eligible for buyer protection, which i've used before successfully... i'd risk it (esp at that price!)... but i am looking for black/tan instead...

thanks for this thread... had the same problem today... 1 trip to o'reilly's and 1 $12.99 relay later, I'm back in business!
I figured it was the relay or the motor, but since low&high worked fine that it was a relay... replacing 1 first try instead of several with multiple tries = WIN!
