The most common cause of 'warnings all over the dash' is battery failure. OK, so you have replaced the battery and that went flat too. There is a significant drain on the electrics somewhere I suggest. Do you have any aftermarket accessories fitted?
Make sure you get the trunk deck lid gas struts. Some after market catalogs are listing the hood strut codes for the trunk struts. The trunk struts are compact (MUCH shorter than the hood struts) and have very high loadings.
Get a fuel rail pressure gauge and determine the pressure during the crank no start condition. There is a test point under the engine cover.
Changing the fuel pump is expensive (in labor).
Many years ago I met a similar problem just once, it was caused by a a powerful transmitter near by jamming the car's electronics. It only happened parked in two specific parking bays, must have had focused power somehow. Any chance of that?
