Assuming you are talking about the cruise control, seems to me the CD player is the driver in some way for that. I have an 07 V so replacing the radio had no effect on the cruise control. Based on this, I might guess that the Gap button on the steering wheel is routed Thur the CD player? Seems...

eBay. I have seen them for about $20 for set of 4. Look really good. I have black ones on my chrome V rims that look good on my black car. Seen them in silver also. 67mm are best fit.

How about the backup lights. 12volts and come on when in reverse. Wire is close by to where you will be mounting camera.

Finding parts for the V are getting just about impossible. If you are going to spend the loot, I would recommend an LSA.
