Hey, I have the same one XLRV

I’ve had one in my XLR since 2012. Very nice install. Looks very clean. Yes it always stays in place. Only thing I would recommend is to see if you can have it made about 1” taller. The top edge of it cuts right across the rear window when looking in the rear view mirror.

Probably just the pump since the overheat thermistor is in the pump. You can have it rebuilt for a reasonable cost.

if the shocks are leaking, is the leakage visible from under the car looking up at the shocks? Yes, you will see a dark gray grease type substance on them.

I did the same install myself about 4 years ago with a pioneer nex 7200. Looks and works assume.

I did find a corvette site that offers original type spring adjusters. Yes there are replaceable as I have replaced 3 of mine for being broken off.

I looked a few years ago and nothing specific was available for the XLR. A few generic ones but nothing I liked.

I believe someone else on here used the parts from an SRX taillight as a doner to fix his XLR tail light. Just some slight modifications and the circuit board and LED strips worked. Sat about $25 from wrecking yard.

Amy, What are you guys running on the V? Run flats are real hard to find in 19” without getting stupid expensive.

Magic eraser works on the Cashmere color pretty good, but I have heard it’s bad on the Ebony color.

I tried at the shock connectors. Where would the other point be?

I looked into this for my 07 V but the simulators will not work for it. Connectors are different.

Nice sunny day here in Central PA, took the 07v to work today. Put about 320 miles on it, also rolled over the 200,000 mile mark.

I have one out of an 07v with latest east coast nav disk still in it for $700.

Same thing, kind of like hood struts but shorter

Maybe replace the top counter balance shocks.
