    RELIABLE I drove a Chevy Camaro today. WOW what a ride. Would trade but dealer will not give me much for the XLR. Will try to sell so I can purchase one.

    Warning! When does an XLR key cost between $1,000-$1,200

    KEY FYI I have solved that problem, installed an external hood release, an external battery plug with a whisler jump & go stored behind the left grill panel.Will try to download pics. David J.

    Frustrated new owner

    Problems Friend I have a 2004 with 4 pages of service work. Just got out of shop for replacement of right side fuel pump & sending unit. Only $1,400.00. The left side was replaced @ 28,415. I realize some XLR owners do not like to hear this but I think new owners should be aware what they may...

    Evidently it is not in way of sensor sense it has not been effected. If in the future I will move to other side. Just more space on left. David J.

    Failed battery FYI I have solved this problem by installing an external battery plug under the front bumper cover that I can plug in a whistler jump & go which is stored behind the right side grill panel. also installed a external hood release. I have not learned how to send pics on this site...

    Proud XLR owner with a problem

    battery tender I just completed installing an external hood release & a external 12 v plug using a Perko watertight deck connector. The Whistler jump & go fits perfect on the left side grill panel. If battery goes bad I can do everything from outside the vehicle. No negative comments necessary...

    fuel sending unit. Yep, tank has to be removed. I have not taken it in to determine which unit is bad yet. That was just a high estimate. I checked with Caddy dealer but would not give est. Chevy dealer is better to deal with in my area. Oh, where are you finding sending units for$50 each...
