LEDs don't really work that way. Here is a good/quick read that explains the technology http://www.howstuffworks.com/led.htm :)

Suggestions? Replacement High Mount Brake Light Dosen't work?

I'd probe with a multi-meter to verify you have voltage at the connection (the new light side of the connection). Also verify polarity. Lights are just resistors (or diodes) - if you are getting voltage to the connection, either the wire is broke after your connection or the light is burned...

    Anyone live in texas?

Please send them this link - I was a regular there when I was riding Ducati. Cresson is a nice track, it is more fun than the street, and safer for all concerned! http://www.motorsportranch.com/

    Anyone live in texas?

Sweet garage! Thanks for your service Sailor! I'm retired USAF (CT type). Texas is a big state - I'm in the Hill Country about 300 miles South of Ft Worth. Choose a good company as the aerospace industry can be a tough game. If you have the tickets I'd look up L3 in Greenville. Good Luck!

    ORIGINAL BATTERY

Eight years - that's great! A couple years ago the OE Motorcraft battery in my eight year old truck was still going strong; however, I was holding my breath every time I went to start it. Anyhow, I finally got nervous enough to replace it. About six months later, the replacement (Interstate...

Is there a comprehensive list of issues by MY?

I've searched and could not find a list of problems by MY. Did I miss it? We use to keep one for our Ducati motorcycles which also included fixes (which weren't necessarily dealer or factory sourced). It seems like it may be a useful database to reference. Thoughts? JD

I have not found one - seems the good ones get snapped up fairly quick and the really good ones can be stupidly priced. Got a lead?

FNG in the house! San Antonio

Greetings to xlr.net guys and gals. I've been lurking about and decided to join. I'm a long time motor head enthusiast - Ducati motorcycles, Corvettes, etc. I recently sold my last vette and have decided to give the XLR a chance. I haven't found one yet; but, I will. Any guidance is greatly...
