I have a 2007 V, I left the front stock at 235/45-19 and increased the rear to 265/40-19. The stock rear was 255/40-19 so the change was small but it filled up the wheel well a little bit better and didn't effect the speedometer enough to worry about.

I agree with Mickeytee. If they changed the spring they either installed new ride height adjuster bolts or moved the old ones over to the new spring. Those adjuster bolts are the main reason you would change the spring because they either brake or wear down and get frozen into the spring. Check...
