    Help! Clicking Noise

I'm not sure if we had the same noises but I tightened the axle nuts, changed the differential fluid and changed the front sway bar links, no more noise from the front or rear.

    Service Stabilitrax

You should check the SWPS connector, it is located on the bottom of the steering column. It's easy to see once you remove the panel under the column. It's known to get loose and cause problems similar to what your having. Try searching "SWPS connector". Good luck sw

    Window Gaps

Go to the Tech center and pull up the Owners manual for your car, read the section on Power Windows, window initialize and window indexing.

    Window Gaps

The battery could have caused the problem I can't say for sure. You say the gap is at the rear of the window, if both windows are doing the same thing I would think the gap is probably not just at the rear. I would try the procedure for indexing the windows or maybe try disconnecting the battery...

    Window Gaps

When you say they don't go all the way up how far do they go up? They are programed to open about a quarter inch when you open the door and then go all the way up once the door is closed. If both windows are doing the same thing and are only open that little bit, it could just need a relearn or...

    Fuel system diagnosis

For some reason my tank level voltages are just the opposite, full is the lower number. Everything I have read says it should be as yours are but it's working so "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I think you will like the Tech2, there is a lot to learn and so much information but for a car guy...

    Fuel system diagnosis

That looks right but there are many screens with some of the same information, on our cars there will be two level sensors, left and right. On my 07 XLR V when a tank is full it will read about .72 volts and the volts will go up as the tank gets lower, empty is about 2.45 volts. The brain on...

My CD changer did the same thing, long story short a gear in the changer broke and I replaced the unit. Do a search for "CD changer" and read my post for the whole story. Good luck.

90% Sure I have a bad ECM/PCM but where is it located?

I agree with Gord, check all your wire connections, that could be your problem. You should be able to program the keys by inserting the FOB into the slot in the glove box on the left side and following the directions in the manual.

    Tech2 tire size calibration

I suspected as much. You're right about not needing to change it, after doing the calculation I found the difference is negligible so it really isn't necessary. Thank you

    Tech2 tire size calibration

Has anyone used the Tech2 to calibrate the speedometer when switching to different size tires? It's may not be necessary since I am only changing the diameter a very small amount but I would still like to see if it is possible. I have yet to find a way to do this but I am still learning my way...

Trunk issues, lid not staying up while stowing stuff in the trunk.

From everything I've read it sounds like that deck lid is very heavy so make sure you have help and/or support to hold it wide open before you start.
