Any recommendations for a fuel injection cleaner 2004 XLR, dealer no idea what to use...Thx Much

I need some help. I own a 2004 Cadillac XLR and really enjoy the car. Unfortunately I am having eye surgery that will impact the vision in my left eye. As such, I am considering adding an aftermarket "blind spot system." Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
