2008 XLR OnStar Module For Sale

I got a few .bin files from different GM vehicles OnStar modules if you want them.

2008 XLR OnStar Module For Sale

I have pulled a few 8 Mbit BGA Flash chips from used Onstar modules. The is no VIN data but a Hex code sequence that is on the module's sticker. Copy and paste that sequence to change identification with a chip writer. Aligning the BGA chip to solder back into a module is a PITA.

    Northstar Performance

Hmm, that's around $500. Northstar Performance should not be making any claims for modifying the E22 ECU (2004-2006 XLR). The only way I can modify my E22 ECM is by opening it up and taking out the two SRAM chips and putting them in a chip reader. I can't find any program or device that will...

High Flow Air Filters For a 2006 V

If MAF contamination were a big problem, most of the Corvette and Chevy truck aftermarket air intake systems for sale would not be using K&N air filters.

High Flow Air Filters For a 2006 V

I 3D print these bad boys for XLRs. The two K&N filters last a lifetime.

    What $95k will get you....

Interesting. It's nice, but not $95k nice. $95k gets you a new 2022 CT4-V Blackwing.

    Console Assembly, Eucalyptus

Wow, I have never seen a new center console before. I'm very temped. The center space for the middle button not used after 2005 would make a great place for USB ports.

    LC3 rabbit hole

GM decided to detune the XLR-V's HP a little bit in the ECU calibration for some reason. Table doesn't look as aggressive in fuel to air ratios. Maybe they did this to make though the warrantee period.

    It's 73K, and That's Not the Mileage

73K for a 14 year old vehicle that sold new for around 73K! Hmm.....

Is the XLR just another Allante?

Been seeing some crazy prices where I live in SoCal (the land of nuts and as....) lately. Talked to a local Cadillac salesman; seems wealthy foreigners like XLRs. Now I'm driving around with a for sale sign on my XLR.

    Headlight Wanted

I don't have a printed outer lens around. Just offering to make one for emergencies through a 3D print service. How you use it is up to you.

    Headlight Wanted

I can 3D print you one for ~ $900. But you need to light silver silicon to the outer gasket yourself.

    Targa conversion?

Good luck. You should be able to shave off around 50 lbs. off your XLR by removing the hydraulics. Maybe a way to go tonneau, where you can attach or detach the top and leave it at home and save another 150 lbs.

XLR rear end hops over bumps

Democrats and Shitty roads go hand in hand.

    The end-all DRL modification

You don't need to use a resistor. It's around 6 to 7 volts RMS when the turn signal is used and around 11v or greater (RMS) when using the DLR's. A voltage comparator circuit tracking RMS voltage (70 mA) will work.

2 new fuel pumps and a new fpcm still wont start

Check your that your ECU isn't bad (maybe using another ECU) The ECU energizes the relay(s) that controls the fuel pumps.

    Help! Help...Brakes Locked...stuck in road

Are you certain all four brakes are locked up?

    Help! Help...Brakes Locked...stuck in road

I agree, some sensor(s) is causing one of the modules to think a crash is imminent and to panic. But the check engine light would be on if a sensor(s) is way off kilter with other sensors (there is redundancy), which kind of leads me to think a module logic failure issue.
