I just bought EN46109 from Kent Moore, like mentioned in the GM service manual, but the hole in the actuators don't fit perfectly - the whole is very little bigger. Is it normal?

That would be nice, thanks you. It seems like alignment is done through the hole in the middle, but the plastic plug will not come out without breaking.

I see, this part of the manual I understand - but the alignment pin through the magnet, by taking the pastic plug out is strange. The plug will not come out and break.

No oil leaks on valve covers, but oil in every cable of 4 VVTs. U0101 / U1024 codes about losing communication to TCM - I think thats because of the oil. But how to drain it all cables? It moved far upwards under intake manifold, maybe moved into ECM.

Thanks, I also couldn't find it with the Tech2, but wanted to be sure. Well I use one of the battery charger / tender that was test winner over the last years from CTek. And the last 2 batteries were Vartas, best German make for car batteries. Use them in my 06 STS and they work fine with it.

That's what I meant with an "intelligent charger", contains maintenance procedures. No over charging. What size do you use? Has the BCM or ECM to be told what battery it is?
