I am looking to put some aftermarket wheels on my 05. I know the stock specs, but have found some aftermarket wheels I like.
Does anyone have, or know if an 18 x 8 wheel with a zero offset will work, or will it hit the body or suspension? Or maybe look a bit out of place sticking out past the body panels?
Thank you for any and all advice, and for just looking into the thread to see if you may have been able to help.

If you search through some of the vendors for replacement OEM wheels sometimes you'll find the specs on the wheels including the offset. You can also send an email to one or two and ask if they can provide you with the offsets. If you don't get any response going down that path you can ask the local tire shop to measure the offsets on one of your wheels. You'll have to take the car or one of the wheels in but they should be able to do it for you.

I have been told by a major retail tire outlet the offset is +61. All the wheels (I like) have an offset of zero. So they are going to stick out about 2.5 inches further than stock tires.
I am curious if the will contact body work when turning, or if the suspension is compressed, or if it is going to throw road debris up on the exterior of the body work.
