I've heard this before. You have to reprogram the windows. Search the discussions somewhere on this site or look in your manual for the procedure. I don't remember how to do it.
I've tried programming a fob using that 5 quick turns of the key in the back bumper process. Didn't work for me. I was warned that after the third try the key will become nonfunctional. I am not sure this is true, but I ended up taking the new fob to the dealer after my second try.

Gus, I purchased a wind screen like the one advertised. The outfit that makes them can etch XLR, Cadillac w/logo, and LED lighting if you want it. Let me know if you are interested and I'll look back at where I purchased it.
