Did you use adhesive tape to mount them? Or something more permanent?

    Changing speedometer cluster

The parts are at least $550+ from GMPARTSDIRECT. I might try using a vendor to swap out just the gauge faces, although I get the sense there is very little aftermarket support.

    Changing speedometer cluster

Hi Nick, did you end up switching out your gauge cluster? I'm very interested in doing this for my 2005. Was wondering how difficult and expensive it is to do?

    XLR decklid liner, part #19169562

Hi guys...they only had 1 trim removal tool in stock. See attached- part # 35400. Is this the one that you used? It looks awfully large for our small clips.

    XLR decklid liner, part #19169562

Thanks....there's an O'Reilley's 2 miles from my house! Is there a part number or brand for the removal tool? The one I bought from PepBoys looked like a big screwdriver with a forked tip. Does the tip go under the bottom part of the clip or around the middle/center part?

    XLR decklid liner, part #19169562

Hey guys.....any idea where I can buy the trim removal tool? I tried one from PepBoys and it was too large for the retainer clips. Attempted to remove them using a small flathead screwdriver, and I broke 3 of the clips....was slow and careful, but they were extremely brittle. Anyone know the...

Help! Remove XM Antenna for painting

Hi there, has anyone removed their trunk-mounted factory OEM XM antenna to paint it? My black antenna is an unsightly wart on my silver beauty! Was wondering how difficult it is to remove the trunk panel trim to get to it. I've already broken several of the clips on a failed attempt to replace...

Help! Lockpick/iPod no longer working = bummer!

Hi Phrede....try holding down on pre-set channel "6". I found that was a way to restore the ability to see playlists when the buttons disappeared at the bottom of the nav screen.

Help! Lockpick/iPod no longer working = bummer!

Hi Phrede, Did you buy the latest version of the Lockpick from Coastal? How much did you pay for it? Their customer service finally called me back, but I still can't get my older unit to work. -Mark

Help! Lockpick/iPod no longer working = bummer!

What are you using for burned CDs? I've tried Memorex, and the changer skips like crazy on songs after the first 5 tracks.

Help! Lockpick/iPod no longer working = bummer!

Hi Tyrone....thanks for sharing your experience. I had mine for 2 years with no problems, but after hearing your story, I can't help but think it also messed up my battery. Did you end up buying another type of iPod interface? I might get the USASpec (PA-11Vette) or the one from Log Jam...

Happy with Sumitomo HTR Z III

Hi All, I replaced my front run-flats last year with Sumitomo HTR Z III (Max Performance Summer) tires. Was so happy with the tread wear and performance that I recently replaced the backs too. The price of the tire has gone up a bit since 2010, but still quite reasonable- $166/tire at...
