My 05 is the same, not that great off the line. The sweet spot seems to be mid range rpm and up. Cruising and passing on the Interstate seems to be it's element. Uintah

Mine was loose on the passengers side. The body guy reached up felt around on the bottom of the bumper, found the clip and put it back on. He said it was pretty common. Best of luck. Uintah

These are on e-bay, they are not mine. I just received my set from him today, they were chrome and in excellent condition as he stated. Not sure if these are chrome, just ask him, the price is way below what I had to pay. I had to delete the link because it may have allowed others to log in...
